Google ads with other ads on the same page ?

Generally all blogger and site owner asked: "Can I place Google ads on the same page with other ads?"

Google says "Yes" you can but we careful, that the formatting or colors of the third party ads is different enough from that of the Google ads. In other words, if you choose to place non-Google ads on the same site or page as Google ads, it should always be clear to the user that the ads are served by different advertising networks and that the non-Google ads have no association with Google. If the formats are naturally similar, we ask that you choose different color schemes for the competing ads.

Usually users get confused with Google Adsense policy:
Competitive Ads and Services
In order to prevent user confusion, publishers may not display Google ads or search boxes on websites that also contain other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colours as the Google ads or search boxes on that site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure that these ads cannot be confused with Google ads.

The above confusion you can clarify with google Adsense help: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32849

Will you Bing it, or Google it?

The Microsoft has relaunched its internet search engine with a new name and a new look, in a bid to take on Google.

The new Microsoft search engine, called Bing ‘a decision engine, is live now.

Microsoft claims, offer users a more refined search experience capable of satisfying queries more quickly than any rival search engine.

The new features in Microsoft's search engine include the ability to "guess" what the user is looking for, then offer suggestions based on that guess.

e.g.:

If you enter Nikon D80 into that search box, it will know that you are looking for a camera.

From that moment on, a lot of things happen differently. With Google you get 500,000 search results in decreasing relevance. Bing know it’s a camera, he immediately open up categories on the left-hand side, breaking it down into the things you are likely to be looking for, such as where to buy Nikon D80s, or how to use Nikon D80s."

Similarly, if you search for British Airways will return not only its homepage, but a summary of the most likely desired information on that homepage, including the address, customer services telephone number and even the ability to search within the BA site directly from the Bing search page.

So, Will you Bing it, or Google it?
