A former techies says"
Windows 8 is a radical leap forward and may be a phenomenal tablet OS. Unfortunately, ~99% of Windows users don’t have a touchscreen. I’m a UX designer and want to help Microsoft improve Windows 8."
some of the issues are:
- I don’t want to look down to where my hands naturally rest.
- I don’t want to stretch my arms out to where my eyes naturally look.
- I don’t want to feel nothing in response to touch.
Until these three issues are resolved, a touchscreen cannot replace the traditional computer. Microsoft seems insistent on trying to make this happen; the technology is just not there yet.
